2025 HOA Annual Meeting!

We currently have vacancies on both the HOA and ACC Boards! If you or anyone you know would like to volunteer, please send an email to the respective board @mymagnoliacreek.com.
The Pool and Tennis Court are secured by a key lock system. This is for the safety and security of our Community and to ensure that only authorized persons have access to our amenities.
Every Lot in the Community may receive a key at no additional cost (your annual dues provide access to our common areas). Please note that keys will only be available to homeowners that are current with both their dues and/or any outstanding fines.
If your family would like more than one key, each additional key requires a $50 deposit. These are high-security, individually numbered keys. Please don't lose them (lost keys have a $50 replacement fee) -- it compromises the security of our community!

The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) is a small group of volunteers in our community that oversee general Architectural and aesthetic continuity of Magnolia Creek as required by our Covenants.
When you consider making exterior changes to your home or property, please be sure to consult the Covenants and ACC Guidelines and submit your request to the ACC Committee. The committee works hard to approve requests quickly and be as non-intrusive as possible, while also fulfilling its obligations required by our Covenants.
Please plan 7-14 days in advance of ANY work beginning on the property. The ACC has 45 (forty-five) days to respond to any ACC Request.
This form is also kept on file for future needs if you decide to move out of our community.

Magnolia Creek has a Homeowner's Association (HOA). This requirement comes from our community's Covenants, which further stipulates that all homeowners are automatically members of the HOA and governed by the rules set forth in the Covenants.
The HOA has a five-member board (the HOA Board) that is comprised of volunteers in our community who are elected by members of the community. It is the Board's job to perform the business duties required by the Covenants.
